Google Shared Drive Requests

Google Shared Drives can now be requested through ServiceNow

Google Drive offers two types of storage spaces:

• My Drive - Used for individual files/personal storage. Files created here are owned by the individual. Files can be shared with anyone but ownership is retained by the creator.
• Shared Drive - Used for collaborative files/group storage. Files created and stored in this drive have shared ownership.

Google Shared Drives are for university-related activities.
