Adobe has changed their licensing model for the campus Creative Cloud applications.
Current Faculty & Staff who are using the Adobe Creative Cloud work at home license or sign-in with the Named-User licensing (SDSUid) must be re-licensed. If you do not use any of the previous methods, you do not need to take action.
Users must re-license themselves via Kivuto Web Store “OnTheHub” and follow the steps listed below:
- Go to https://onthehub.sdsu.edu
- The site will route you to the Kivuto Web Store “OnTheHub.”
- Sign in with your SDSUid
- Select Adobe Creative Cloud and then Add to Cart.
- Purchase Adobe Creative Cloud
- Faculty and Staff cost $0 (Zero).
- Students cost $25/year
- Log out of your Adobe Creative Cloud Applications and quit the desktop icon if you have it open on the menu bar.
- Restart your computer.
- Wait for an email from Adobe Creative Cloud confirming that you have access to all the applications.
- Sign into Adobe Creative Cloud applications with your SDSUid
- Must click “Log in as Enterprise User” link
- Under ‘Creative Cloud’, click ‘Download Apps’ which will allow you to download the applications. The first app you install will re-install the Creative Cloud Desktop.
*The license is good for 1 year and will need to be renewed annually.
